Benson, NC: Mr. Jeffery “Hank” E. Parrish, age 59, of N. Wall Street passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at his residence with his family by his side. The family will be holding a Memorial Service at a later date and those details will be announced.
Mr. Parrish was born on May 24, 1965 in Wilson County to the late Elijah and Audrey Jackson Parrish. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Strickland and nephew, Allen Strickland. Prior to retirement, he worked as district manager of Ole Foods. He was a graduate of East Carolina University and loved football, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers. Music was his passion and he was an excellent guitar player and loved listening to The Rolling Stones. His family will miss his sense of humor. Mr. Parrish will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Surviving includes his wife, Cathy Capps Parrish; his son, Hank Christopher Parrish; and his grandson, Noah Christopher Parrish.
