Angier, NC: Mr. Jeffrey Alan Stephenson, age 70, of Massengill Pond Road passed away at his home on Sunday, April 23, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. Funeral Services will be held-2:00 PM Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Neill’s Creek Baptist Church in Angier. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. Chris Turner. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Jeff was born on May 2, 1952 in Wake County to the late Millard A. and Mary Dorcas Stephenson. He worked at Leith Mercedes for many years as their service manager before becoming self-employed. He worked alongside his son with Brandon’s Towing and Recovery and was a member of Neill’s Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Judy Barbour Stephenson; sons, Tracy Stephenson and wife, Allison of Angier and Brandon Lee Stephenson of Angier; granddaughters, Reagan Stephenson and Addison Stephenson; and sister, Jean Thornton of Hampton, Virginia.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM prior to the service at Neill’s Creek Baptist Church.
Flowers are welcomed and memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
