Jerry Thomas Pollard, age 79, passed away Friday, January 6, 2023 at his home. Born April 19, 1943 in Johnston County he was a son of the late Hessie and Mattie Prince Pollard. He was preceded in death by his spouse, Evelyn Overby Pollard; and sister, Myrlene Young.
Surviving are his stepson, Victor Barbour and wife Frances of Clayton; stepdaughter, Renee Sutton of Zebulon; brother, Harold Pollard of Raleigh; stepgranddaughter, Crystal Blackmon; stepgrandsons, Parker Lewis, Fox Lewis and Trevor Yarborough; and a niece and three nephews.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Cleat Badger for all the care he provided to Mr. Jerry throughout the years.
