Jesse Franklin House

Micro – Jesse Franklin House, 71, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2026 at his home. Born in Johnston County on June 5, 1954, he was son to the late Chester House and Eula Mae Batten House.

Jesse is survived by his wife, Deborah House; his children, Deana Pope (Michael), Rodney Allen(Amanda), Jessica Kelly (Daniel), Lauren Bolick (Dalton), and Natalie House (Chris); thirteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; his sister, Gail Baker (Jerry); his nieces, Kim Baker (Chuck), Connie Gregory (Michael); and his nephews, Jerry Baker (Stephanie).

The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Sunday, April 26, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Kenly Funeral Service and at other times at his home. A service to honor Jesse’s life will be held in the chapel at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor JoAnn Barnes officiating. Interment will conclude at the Micro Memorial Gardens in Micro.
