Jessica Lynn Turbeville, 44, passed away March 20, 2025, at First Health Hospital in Raeford. Born January 1, 1981, she was the daughter of Brad and Alesia Owens. Jessica was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clarence and Louise Turbeville.
Jessica was a beloved daughter. She is survived by her parents, Brad and Alicia Owens; daughter, Alessia Turbeville; uncle and aunt, Herb and Bobbie Willcutt; aunt, Pam White; and many nieces and nephews.
Services for Jessica will be private.
