Benson, NC: Miss. Jessica Paige Williams, age 36, of Meander Way passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services will be 6:00PM Friday, January 27, 2023 at Oakland Presbyterian Church in Clayton. Officiating will be Revs. Debbie Osterhoudt and Jon Jenkins. Graveside Services will be 11:00AM Saturday, January 28, 2023 at the Oakland Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Clayton.
Jessica was born June 1, 1986 in Johnston County to Joy Hassell Williams of Benson and the late Ralph Cooper Williams. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ralph Mitchell Williams; maternal grandfather, Charles Ronald Hassell, Sr.; aunt, Sandra Lee Dodson. Jessica never complained, always smiling, and knew no fear. She was friend to all she met, going fishing, going to he movies, bowling, and you never knew which boyfriend she loved the most. She was a member of Oakland Presbyterian Church and they always provided her a van to transport her to all of her activities. Jessica loved her Sissy very much.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her sister, Rachel Ward of Benson; maternal grandma, Marion Harris Hassell of Willow Spring; aunts, Annette Hassell Pope and husband, David Harold of Wilmington, NC and Sheila Sanjonette Hassell of Benson; uncle, Charles Ronald Hassell, Jr. of Creedmoor; niece, Hensley Harrell; nephew, Nic Williams of Benson and Josh Williams of Erwin; several special cousins.
The family will receive friends immediately following the funeral service on Friday night and other times at the home.
