JoAnne Hultmark, formerly of Wendell NC, died on March 31, 2025 at the age of 79. Born and raised in Brooklyn NY, JoAnne lived in NJ prior to moving to NC. She will be remembered for her strength and for her love for her family. JoAnne enjoyed cooking for her loved ones, spending time with her grandchildren, family, and reading.

She is preceded in death by her husband John P. Hultmark, whom she married 60 years ago, her son, Christopher, her parents, Daniel and Josaphine Beatty, and her siblings: Dorothy Cataldo, James, Robert, Anthony, and Donald Beatty.

She is survived by her children, John Hultmark, Jennifer Woody, Francine Knott, her daughter in-law, Debbie Hultmark, and her sons in law, Dean Woody, and James Knott, her 6 grandchildren, Stephen Calaminici, Lauren Calaminici, William Hultmark, Patrick Hultmark, William Knott, and Jessica Knott, and her great-granddaughter, Vanessa and her mother Mirian. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

The family will receive visitors at Parrish Funeral Home on Tuesday April 8, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral mass will be conducted in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home on Tuesday at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow the service in Selma Memorial Gardens.
