Kenneth Scott Price

Kenneth Scott Price, 32, of Smithfield, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. Born June 29, 1993, in Johnston County, he was the son of Kenneth and Kathy Price.

Scott loved Jesus and lived his life guided by faith. He found joy in simple things—watching wrestling, listening to rock and roll music, staying active through exercise, and spending time at the flea market. He shared a special bond with his parents and had a deep love for his mom and dad. He always made sure his mother was taken care of. Scott loved people. He was selfless to his core, the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back without hesitation. He will be forever cherished by his family and greatly missed.

Funeral service will be held Sunday, April 12, 2026, at 2:00pm, in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1:00pm. Flowers are appreciated.

Scott is survived by his parents, Kenneth and Kathy Price; sisters, Kimberly Bradley (Josh Harvey) and Amy Bradley; nieces and nephews, Brianna Bradley, Shawn Lee, Jalin Rawlings, Grace Saucedo, Kaelyn Bradley, and Nova Harvey; as well as several aunts, uncles, and extended family.
