Labon Patrick Holland

Labon “Patrick” Holland, age 42 of Micro, NC and Richmond, VA, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2026, at Johnston Health in Smithfield. Born September 11, 1983, in Wilson County, Patrick was the son of Percell Holland Jr. and Vicki Parker Bailey. He was a member of Derbyshire Baptist Church in Richmond, VA.

He was preceded in death by his father, Percell Holland Jr.; grandparents, Percell and Pearl Holland, and Shorty and Billie Parker; and his stepfather, Frankie Bailey.

Patrick was a graduate of North Johnston High School, Campbell University, and ECU grad school. He worked as an EMT while attending college with several area EMS providers. In 2008, he moved to Richmond to begin a career in Emergency Management with the State of Virginia, Richmond City Health District, Richmond Ambulance Service, and, most recently, with St. Mary’s Hospital.

Patrick is survived by his mother, Vicki Bailey; brother, Lee Holland and wife Melinda; nieces, Madi and Emmi Holland; great aunt, Pauline Bridgers; and many cousins and special friends.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 11:00am, in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors one-hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00am. Burial will follow in Holland Family Cemetery.
