Landon Ray Ratley

Landon Ray Ratley, 19, of Kenly passed away. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 6, 2026, at St. Mary’s Church, 8456 Saint Mary Church Road, Lucama. Rev. David Kriger will officiate.

The family will receive friends and family Saturday prior to the service from 1 – 1:45 p.m. at St. Mary’s Church, Lucama.

Landon is survived by his parents, Everett and Kayla Mead of Kenly; sister, Bethany Ratley of Kenly; brother, EJ Mead of Kenly; grandmother, Lois Callaway of Goldsboro; aunts, Penny Pruitt and husband, Roy of Clayton, Nancy Hogue of Jacksonville, Florida and April Blackwell and husband, Bobby of Lucama; uncle, Charlie Callaway and wife, Diamond; great-grandmother, Nancy Reed of Frederick, Maryland, and his fur baby, Furball.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bobby and Margurite Honeycutt and his maternal grandfather, Guy Callaway.
