Lisa Gail Watson Williamson, age 58, passed away peacefully with her family by her side early Sunday morning, November 17, 2024, at her home in Brentwood, TN. Born in Smithfield, NC on March 24, 1966, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Ila Mae (Polly) Barbour Watson of Pine Level, NC. She was preceded in death by her sister, Paulette Watson Mitchell.
Lisa dedicated her life to taking care of her family. She was a home maker and loved scrapbooking, capturing precious family moments with short stories written under pictures for future generations to enjoy. She loved working on family genealogy, reading, traveling, attending live music events and sitting on any beach. True to her family caregiving nature, Lisa babysat her granddaughter for as long as she could.
She is survived by her husband, Kent Williamson; son, Troy Williamson and wife Jenny, grandchildren; Allison and Audrey Williamson of Franklin, TN and son, Reed Williamson of Huntsville, AL.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 23, at 2:30 p.m. in the Princeton Cemetery with the Reverend Richard Toler officiating. The family will receive visitors at the home of April Williamson, 205 E. First Street in Princeton, during the day on Friday and Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and immediately following the service.
