Lowery Stence Perry, Jr., age 77, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022 in Duke Raleigh Hospital. Born November 7, 1944 in Wake County he was a son of the late Lowery Stence and Adelaide Strickland Perry. Lowery was a veteran of the United States Army, a member of Rich Land Creeck Community Church and a former member of the Rolling Thunder and Raleigh Hog.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 2, 2022 in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Hartley officiating. Burial will follow in Selma Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the funeral home.
Surviving are his wife, Donna Eatman Perry; son, Windell Lee Perry and wife Amy; stepson, Henry Andrew Peedin and wife Amanda; brother, Charles Perry and wife Betty; and granddaughters, Britany Perry and Amelia Grace Peedin.
