Marvin Ray Langdon, age 78, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021 in UNC Johnston Health in Smithfield. Born July 9, 1943 in Johnston County he was the son of the late Raeford Rose Langdon and Martha Langdon Capps.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Crumpler’s Crossroads Church of God of Prophecy, 2635 Lizzie Mill Road, Selma, NC 27576. Burial will follow in Hephzibah Baptist Church Cemetery, 4633 US Hwy 70 East, Princeton, NC 27569. Masks are not required, but are highly encouraged.
Surviving are his wife, Frances Langdon; sons, Rodney Langdon (Liza) of Princeton, Kenneth Langdon (Renee) of Brogden and Craig Langdon (Michelle) of Princeton; sister, Patricia Parker of Clayton; grandchildren, Allecia Langdon, Stella Langdon, Wyatt Langdon, Trevor Langdon (Hailey), Dalton Langdon, Kelsey Langdon, Christopher Langdon (Ricky) and Hannah Lindquist (Josh); and great grandchildren, August Anderson and Adalee Anderson.
