Kenly – Peggy Lou Matthews Bunn, age 82, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, in Wake Med Hospital in Raleigh. Born, November 6, 1939, in Johnston County she was the daughter of the late Darius Matthews and Rosa Gilbert. She is preceded in death by her husband C.D. Bunn. Peggy was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be missed by all her friends and family.
She is survived by her sons; Jackie Nordan Jr. of Kenly and Charles Nicholas Nordan of Kenly, Four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
