Four Oaks, NC: Mrs. Phyllis Ann Knox Allen, age 68, passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2023 at her residence. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at the home of Casey and Holden Strickland, 1764 Lee’s Union Church Road, Four Oaks, NC 27524.
Mrs. Allen was born in Harnett County, NC to the late Morris and June Knox. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Boyette. Mrs. Allen retired from Johnston County Schools. She was also a homemaker and loved by her family.
Survivors include her husband, David Allen, Sr., sons, David Allen, Jr., and Patrick Allen and wife, Karla; daughter, Casey Strickland and husband Holden; grandchildren, Mikayla, Rilee, Laysen, and Hensley; special dog, Rocky; sister, Peggy Coleman, and a brother, Barry Knox.
