Randy Steven Bridgers, 56, peacefully passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at his home. Born in Richmond, Virginia on February 1, 1967, he was the son of the late Albert Kistle Bridgers and Verna Gray Finch.
Randy is survived by his wife, Tina Bridgers; son, Steven Bridgers; daughter, Tracy Bridgers; step-daughters, Brandi Bridgers, Kasey Pierce, and Kristin Pierce; siblings, Robbie Bridgers, Kathy Helsher, Cheryl Bridgers, Darlene Cooper (Russell), and Ronnie Bridgers (Sherry); and several beloved nieces and nephews.
Randy enjoyed the great outdoors and did his best to spend the majority of his time in nature. He never turned down the opportunity to go hunting or fishing. Randy’s greatest passion was farming, something he’d done his entire life. He was proud to say he worked at Pope Brothers Farms.
A service to celebrate Randy’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 4, 2024 in the chapel of Kenly Funeral Service with Rev. Aubrey Williamson officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. in the hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
