Ricky Wayne Creech

Ricky “Frog” Creech is survived by his loving wife Wendy, son Doug Creech (Windsor), daughter Nicky Thompson (Chad), and grandchildren Matthew and Kaylee Creech and Huntleigh Thompson. Brothers Fred and Danny and his sister, Judy.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roland and Nannie Creech, his brothers, Ronald, Bobby, Randy, Dicky(twin), and his sister Betty Jean.

Frog was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and a friend. He loved the beach, fishing, spending time with his family, and relaxing in his barn.

For 43 years he built bridges across our state and since retiring in 2023 he has enjoyed working in the concreate business with his son and grandson. His work is only a small part of the legacy he leaves behind- a legacy of strength, Love, and family that will remain forever.

The family would like to add a special thanks to his daughter-in-law, Windsor for everything she has done to help us navigate this difficult time.

There will be a Graveside Service held on Saturday, October 10,2026 at 3:00 PM at the home at 215 Batten Pond Road, Selma, NC 27567.
