Ronnie Keith Olive, son of the late James C. and Maxine Boykin Olive passed away Monday, September 12, 2022 at the of 66. Ronnie was born in Johnston County on May 26, 1956. He enjoyed going to his camper at the beach and spending time with family and the many friends made there, watching old westerns, joking and laughing with friends, but most of all, he loved spending time with his family. If you knew him you couldn’t help but to love him.
He is survived by his wife, Tricia Olive; son, Keith Olive and his wife, Amanda; daughter, Rhonda Olive; grandchildren, Sarah Beetcher and Dylan Beetcher; brothers, James (Tip) Olive and his wife, Donna, Martin (Fuzzy) Olive and his wife, Marsha, Craig Olive; sisters, Terry Nichols and her husband, Bruce, Angela Olive; nephews, Marc Olive and his wife, Karen, Monty Olive, Anthony Ellis and his wife, Tonya, Justin Ellis and his wife, Dawn; nieces, Amber Stephenson and her husband, Jon; great nephews, Cody Olive; Aiden Stephenson, Asa Stephenson and Avery Stephenson; great nieces, Taylor Olive, Hannah Olive and Calie Olive.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his nephew, Philip Olive; sisters, Betty Carroll and Cathy Daniels; brother, Bill Olive.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 2:00pm at Johnston Union Church in Clayton with the family receiving friends prior to the service from 12:30 until 1:30. The interment will follow the services at Knollwood Memorial Park in Clayton.
