Rosa Lee was a godly woman and a hard worker. She loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, her husband, her family, her friends and neighbors. After farming for 18 years, she and Lesly moved to Missouri to attend Bible College to follow the call on their lives into full time Christian Ministry. They served small community churches in Missouri, West Virginia, Ohio, Alabama and North Carolina before coming home to Princeton.

Rosa Lee spent the majority of her life in the Biblical instruction of small children whether teaching Sunday school, pre-kindergarten or keeping children in their home which she continued to do well into her eighties. One of her greatest attributes was she was a Prayer Warrior. If Rosa Lee knew you had a need, she was faithful to call your name in prayer. She was a daily Bible reader and loved listening to good preaching and gospel singing. She was always a spotless housekeeper and a wonderful cook, opening her home to many pastors who
came to preach revivals in the churches she and Lesly served. In her spare time, as long as she was able, you could find Rosa Lee visiting the sick or elderly.

The family would like to thank all those who assisted Rosa Lee’s daughter, Gulie Bullard, in Rosa Lee’s care since the passing of her husband, Lesly, especially those at Helping Hands Assisted Living.
