Mrs. Sibyl Huddleston Stanley, age 87, of Four Oaks passed away on Monday, July 25, 2022 at SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, NC. Funeral Services will be held 11:00AM, Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Faith Free Will Baptist Church in Four Oaks, NC. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Stanley was born on March 29, 1935 in Prentiss County, Mississippi to the late Robert Elam and Jessie Westbrook Huddleston. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Earl Stanley, 10 brothers and sisters, and son-in-law, Ricky Norris. She was a stay-at-home mother and homemaker most of her life and a member of Faith Free Will Baptist Church.
Surviving includes her children Barbara Stanley Norris, Randy Stanley and wife, Tammy, Sharon Stanley Stover and husband, David, and Michelle Stanley Johnson, and husband Michael; grandchildren, Ashley Stanley, Joshua Johnson, Zachary Johnson, Jonathan Johnson, and Grace Stover; great grandson, Asher Stanley; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 10:00AM to 10:45AM at Faith Free Will Baptist Church prior to the service.
