Terry “Meme” Littleton

Terry Evans Littleton, 71, of Rosewood, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville. Born on March 22, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Roland Evans and Esther Radford Evans. In addition to her parents, Terry is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Littleton; brother, Arthur West; and her nephew, Paul West.

Terry was a devoted mother and beloved “Meme” whose nurturing spirit and loving heart touched everyone who knew her. She was known for her wonderful sense of humor, outgoing personality, and playful love of pranks that brought laughter and joy to family and friends alike. Terry was also creative and crafty, always enjoying making things with her hands and sharing her talents with others. Her faith was an important part of her life, and she loved the Lord deeply. She faithfully attended Princeton Church, where she found joy in worship and fellowship. She also cherished her beloved dog, Agnes, who brought her much happiness and companionship.

A gifted teacher, Terry dedicated many years to educating and encouraging children at Wilson’s Mills Elementary School, Johnston Christian Academy, and Community Christian School. She had a passion for helping others learn and grow, and she left a lasting impact on countless students and families.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 2:00pm, at Princeton Church. The family will receive visitors two hours prior to the service, beginning at 12:00pm. Flowers are welcome, or memorial donations can be made to Samaritan’s Purse at www.samaritanspurse.org.

Terry is survived by her sons, Bryan Walker (Beth) and Taylor Walker (Lisa); step-son, Phillip Littleton (Julie); nieces, Wendy Lupo (Vinnie) and Angie Byrd (Daryl); and grandchildren, Garrison (Tiffany), Olivia, Mackenna, Evan, Blake, and Gracelynn.
