Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Tommie Vinson Dunn, age 36, passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at his residence. Funeral Services will be held 11:00AM Friday, May 27, 2022 at the Four Oaks United Methodist Church. Officiating will be Rev. Joey Yow. Burial will follow in the Len-Parker Dunn Cemetery in Four Oaks.
Tommie was born on February 25, 1986 in Johnston County, NC. He worked for the North Carolina Department of Transportation in the Landscaping Department. Tommie was a devoted husband and father. He enjoyed all sporting events but especially loved playing baseball. Tommie loved cooking for all of his family and friends. He enjoyed his time on his tractor piddling around the farm and lending a helping hand to his community. Tommie was a devoted Christian and enjoyed his Sundays in Church.
Surviving includes his wife of 7 years, Alisha R. Dunn of Four Oaks; daughter, Skylar Creason Dunn of the home; mother, Susan McCabe Dunn of Four Oaks; father, Gary Vinson Dunn and wife, Kay of Four Oaks; paternal grandmother, Hilda Dunn of Four Oaks; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Wayne and Kim Buelin of Dunn; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM Thursday, May 26, 2022 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks and other times at the home.
