Mrs. Victoria “Vickie” McLamb Lee Raynor, age 82, passed away on June 20, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Graveside Services will be held-11:00AM, Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Lee’s Chapel Advent Christian Church Cemetery in Four Oaks. Officiating will be Pastor Eddie White.
Mrs. Raynor was born in Johnston County on August 7, 1939 to the late Estel and Vivian Matthews McLamb. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, J. E. Lee and Ken Raynor; daughter, Cindy Johnson; sister and brothers, Billie Ann Smith, T. G. McLamb and Mack McLamb.
Mrs. Raynor owned and operated the Sandwich Shop in Benson before her retirement. She enjoyed cooking, gathering at Ma Mac’s, and eating while sharing sweet memories from long ago. Also, Mrs. Raynor enjoyed painting figurines, especially Santas, playing cards and watching the soap operas.
Survivors include her children, Donnie Lee and wife, Ruby-Lynn of Dunn, Teresa Raynor and husband, Gary of Benson; grandchildren, Glenn Johnson, Jr. and wife, Kelly, special caregiver, Ashley Lee, Chris Johnson and wife, Lindsey, Brandon Raynor and wife, Jo-Beth; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Mrs. Raynor’s special caregivers, Lydia Smith and Mary Davis. A special thanks to Dr. Ali and Kathy, Dr. Eugene Maynard and the staff of Benson Area Medical Center, and Stephanie with 3HC.
The family will receive friends from 9:30AM-10:30AM on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC and other times at the home.
