Benson, NC: Mrs. Agnes Horton Ingram, age 103, of Farmer Drive, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. The Ingram Family will be holding a private graveside service at Hodges Chapel Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Benson. Officiating will be Rev. Allen Gupton.
Mrs. Ingram was born in Sampson County to the late James Addison and Martha Raynor Horton. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Ingram. Mrs. Ingram was a homemaker and she baby sat for many children in the Benson community including every grandchild. She was a dedicated member of the Benson Church of God where she taught Sunday School for many years.
Surviving include her children, James Ingram and wife, Sheila, Danny Ingram and wife, Debbie, Charles Ingram, Doris Johnson all of Benson; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Ingram will be available for viewing, and you will be able to sign the register book on Saturday, May 2, 2020 from 8:00 AM-10:00 AM at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson. The family will not be present during this time.
