Princeton – Alice Diane Norris Turner, age 67, died Sunday, October 31, 2021 at her home. Born April 8, 1954 in Johnston County she was a daughter of the late Ronnie Lee and Lillie Pilkington Norris. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Johnny Norris, and Thomas Norris; and sisters, Clara Mae Hill, Linda Grace Lee, Gertrude Narron, Helen Beaudet, Jean Gravelle, and Louise Minshew.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 4, 2021 in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Pollock officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home just prior to the service.
Surviving are her husband, Arnold Dwight Turner; son, Michael Jason Yelverton; granddaughter, Kyndall Grace Yelverton; stepson, Kenneth Ray Turner; stepdaughter, Shannon Latrice Reil; brothers, Alan Norris, Bill Norris, David Norris, James Norris, Jerry Norris, and Larry Norris; and sisters, Virginia Braswell, Sandra Norris and Judy Farnall.
