Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Billy Ray Parker, age 76, of Mulberry Road passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at his residence. Graveside Funeral Services will be 3:00-PM, Sunday, November 22, 2020 at the Parker Family Cemetery in Parkertown. Officiating will be Pastor Eddie White.
Mr. Parker was born on April 6, 1944 in Johnston County to the late Bill and Girlie Stanley Parker. He was preceded in death by his son, Billy Bruce Parker and a daughter, Janet Dorene Parker. Mr. Parker a farmer and truck driver.
Surviving include the love of his life and companion of 35 years, Barbara Stewart of Four Oaks; daughter, Barbara Kay Parker of Benson; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother and sisters, Jean Johnson and husband, Glenn of Four Oaks, Judy Coats and Robert of Dunn, Lois Hall of Four Oaks, John Bill Parker and wife, Barbara of Four Oaks; special nephew, Jeffery Hall of Four Oaks; special great-nephews, Randall and Aaron Hall of Four Oaks; numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Parker will be available for viewing, and you may sign the register book on Saturday, November 21, 2020 from 1:00PM-5:00PM at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Four Oaks, NC. The family will not be present during this time. The family will receive friends immediately following the graveside service on Sunday.
In accordance with NC-COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing guidelines and the three W’s: wait, wash, and wear a face covering. Mask are required for the service on Sunday.
