Brenda Baker May, 58, of Princeton passed away at her home on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. She was born in Wayne County on June 5, 1962. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul McKinnley Baker and Elsie Capps Baker and her husband, Daniel Jere May.
A private graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery with the Reverend Greg Nethercutt officiating.
She is survived by son, Jeremy May (Kayla) of Winston Salem; daughters, Miki May Strickland (Kevin) of Princeton and Niki May Perry (Bobby) of Kenly; brother, Tony Franklin Sasser (Sandy) of Mt. Olive and Danny William Baker (Sharon) of Princeton; grandchildren, Rayna and A. J. as well as several nieces and nephews.
Although flowers are welcome, the family suggests memorial be made to the charity of one’s choice.
