Carl DeLeon Creech, age 74, of Selma passed away at his home on July 23, 2017. Born in Wayne County on November 30, 1942, he was the son of the late Thurman Leon and Bessie Mae McLamb Creech. He was also preceded in death by a daughter Yvonne Creech.
The family will receive friends at Parrish Funeral Home on Thursday from 1-2 PM followed by a graveside service at the Price Cemetery near Pine Level.
Surviving are his wife, Debbie Creech; daughters Carla Kaye Banes and husband Eddie of Wilson, Angela Jenrette and husband James of Kenly; brother Thurman Creech of Selma; sisters Judy Strickland, Rose Richardson, Gail Parrish and Ann Harris; grandchildren Eddie Barnes III, Brandon Barnes, Christopher Barnes, Garrett Waddell, Brianna Jenrette, Rachel Larimore, Victoria Nelson; and great grandchildren, Cameron Stamper, Holley Oakley, Ellison and Bowen Barnes.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to assist with funeral expenses.
