Danny Paul Holt, Sr., 66, of Four Oaks, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 at Wake Med Medical Center in Raleigh. He was born in Wayne County on August 28, 1954 to the late James Cashus Holt, Sr. and Bessie Brantham Holt.
In addition to his parents, Danny is preceded in death by his brothers, Silas Holt and Tim Holt.
Danny is survived by his son, Danny (DJ) Paul Holt, Jr. of Four Oaks; brother, James (Bug) Holt, Jr. of Micro; and sister, Tammy Holt Boyd and husband, Richie of Four Oaks.
For 20 years, Danny served his country honorably and with dedication retiring in the US Army.
The family will receive friends from 5:30pm until 7:00pm on Thursday, May 13, 2021 in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations.
A celebration of life will be held following the visitation at 7:00pm on Thursday, May 13, 2021 in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations with Reverend Dennis Pollock officiating.
