Daphne Iona Page Hittell, age 62 died Monday, Aug 30, 2021, at her home. She was born May 21, 1959 in Wilson County. She was the daughter of the late Edward Page and Daphne Raper Haynes.
Surviving is her husband, Wayne Fleming Hittell Jr, sons, Brandon Wayne Moore and Wayne Fleming Hittell III. Daughters, Amanda Lynn Jackson and husband Nathan, Kimberly Arlene Moore and Fiance Wesley Bass, and Courtney Joines and husband Casey Joines. Step-brother Charles E Haynes Jr and grandchildren Damian Adair Jackson, Riley Drake Jackson, Ryker Cade Jackson, and Maahi Bell Moore.
Daphne loved doing crossword puzzles, ebooks, playing Animal Crossing, cooking, and most of all her family. She was always so positive and outgoing. She also enjoyed going out to eat with her sidekick Linda Barbee. Daphne was a huge beach music and fishing lady! A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
