Gibsonville, NC, Mrs. Deborah Gwyn Clark Penny, age 53, passed away on Saturday September 4, 2021 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC. Private Graveside Services will be held in Roselawn Cemetery in Benson, NC. Logan Penny (Nephew) will officiate.
Deborah was born on April 1, 1968 in Paynesville, Minnesota to Lorine East Clark and the late Robert “Bob” Clark. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Patrick Penny. She was an inside sales account manager with Carolina Biological in Burlington, NC. Deborah was a lover of bees, the beach, thrift shopping, antiques, music and enjoyed playing games with friends. She will be missed by her friends and family.
Surviving include her husband of 16 years, Christopher “Chris” Penny; special pet, Lucy; mother, Lorine East Clark; brothers, Brian Clark and wife, Shelly; Jeremy Clark and wife, Heather; mother-in-law, Marilyn Penny; sister-in-law, Rhonda Norris; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 6:00PM-8:00PM, Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home, 301 W. Main Street, Benson, NC 27504.
