PRINCETON – Diane Gulledge Moore, age 73, died Saturday, July 1, 2017 in the Kitty Askins Hospice House in Goldsboro. Born May 10, 1944 in Anson County to the late Joseph F. and Vera B. Tarlton Gulledge, she was the widow of Lacy A. Moore, Jr. who died July 5, 2005. Diane was a longtime educator and a member of the Princeton United Methodist Church.
An intimate service for family and close friends will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Thursday in the Evergreen Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Howard Scott officiating.
Surviving are her brother, Joseph Gulledge, Jr.; sisters, Derenda Garris, Matilda Paul and Norma Lassiter and one granddaughter, Xan A. Moore.
In lieu of flowers, Diane would prefer memorial contributions to either the Princeton United Methodist Church, 101 East First Street, Princeton, NC 27569 or the Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Ct, Goldsboro, NC 27534
