Angier, NC: Mr. Donald Ray “Duck” Parker, age 53, passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at UNC Johnston Health in Clayton, NC. Funeral Services will be 1:00PM-Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Greater Vision Fellowship, 135 Dry Creek Road, Lillington, NC 27546. Burial will follow in the Stone Family Cemetery, outside Coats, NC.
Mr. Parker was born on September 5, 1968 in Harnett County, NC to the Joseph Eldridge and Helen Parker. He was also preceded in death by his brother, William Parker and a sister, Betty Williamson. Mr. Parker was a carpenter and was loved by all of his family. He enjoyed fishing, the beach, and grilling out with family and friends.
Surviving include his daughters, Jennifer Page and husband, David; and Laura Jessup and husband, David; son, Joshua Parker and wife, Rebecca; grandchildren, Summer Stewart, Amber Johnson, Megan Stewart, Katelynn Page, Austin Jessup, Jaila Parker and Makaila Parker; great-grandson, Sawyer Johnson; many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 6:00PM-8:00PM Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Coats, NC and other times at the home of his daughter, Jennifer Page 390 Sherriff Johnson Road, Lillington, NC 27546.
