Smithfield – Dorcas Ann Norris, age 89, passed away Monday August 24, 2020 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield. She was born in Bladen County on May 28, 1931 to the late James Crowe and Ila Smith Robinson. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by husband, James Alfred Norris Sr.; Son, Allen Lynn Norris; Daughter, Wanda K. Norris Shultz; A memorial service will be held Saturday August 29 at 11 AM at Hope Church in Clayton NC 1696 Amelia Church Rd . Mrs. Norris is survived by sons, James Norris and wife Roberta of Selma, Larry Norris and wife Karen of Louisburg, Montgomery Norris of Carry; 7 Grandchildren; 6 Great grandchildren; 1 Great great grandchild.
