Selma – Nancy Drucilla Morrison “Dru” House, age 86 died Thursday evening at the Autumn Home Care in Selma. Born January 18, 1935 in Harnett County to the late Benjamin Franklin and Lousetta Beasley Morrison, she was the widow of Billy Rudolph House, who died August 6, 1999 and was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon House Stafford. Dru was a member of the Branch Chapel Free Will Baptist Church and was retired from Eaton Corporation after 22 years.
The family will receive friends Monday, March 8, 2021 from 12:30 – 1:30 at the Parrish Funeral Home. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. in Selma Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Eric Narron officiating.
Surviving are her sons, Michael House and wife Denise and Gary House and wife Kim all of Selma; daughters, Debbie Watkins and husband Donald of Selma and Donna Pilkington and husband George of Sanford; brothers, Reggie Morrison of Erwin and Rudell Morrison of Spring Lake; sister, Jenny O’Quinn of Lillington; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
