Earl David Quick, age 85, of Wendell, formerly of Smithfield, passed away at his home on March 26, 2017. A native of Clinton, he served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 29, at 1:00 PM in the Rowan Baptist Church Cemetery, 701 Rowan Road, Clinton, NC. A visitation and viewing will be held on Wednesday morning from 10-11 at Parrish Funeral Home in Selma.
Surviving are a son, Richard Earl Quick of Wilson; a daughter Teresa Denning of Raleigh; his caregiver Sherry LaPorte of Wendell; grandsons, Mykal Murawski and wife Jaimie, Aaron Murawski; and great grandchildren Kaylee, Joseph and Benjamin Murawski.
