Emily Lynn Wilkins, 69, of Clayton passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at Transitions LifeCare of Raleigh. Ms. Wilkins was born April 22, 1950 in Wayne County to the late Emmett David Wilkins, Sr. and Margaret Holt Wilkins. She was also preceded in death by sister, Louise Benson; brother, David Wilkins; and nephew, Chuck Whitley. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 6:00 pm in the Chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations in Princeton with the Reverend Dennis Pollock officiating. The burial will take place on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 11:00 am in Princeton Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4:30 pm until 6:00 pm on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations Chapel.
She is survived by sister, Shirley Wilkins Holt and husband, Ronnie; nephews, Tom Benson, Jr., and Tres Wilkins; niece, Kati Wilkins; and 2 great nephews, Char Wilkins and Dylan Benson.
