Raleigh, NC: Mr. Gary Clifford Sauls, age 68, of Ten Ten Road, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2021 at Iredell Memorial Hospital in Statesville, NC. Funeral Services will be 2:00PM-Friday, July 30, 2021 at Holland’s United Methodist Church in Raleigh. Rev. Greg Jenks will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Sauls was born in Harnett County on December 6, 1952 to the late Clifford Newburn and Leola Wiggins Sauls. He retired from Progress Energy after 31 years of service and owned and operated Sauls’ Landscaping for over 20 years.
Surviving include his wife of 48 years, Dale S. Sauls; daughters, Tracie S. Sanderlin and husband, David of Supply; April S. Rouse and husband, Jake of Raleigh; grandchildren, Brianna Rouse and fiancé, Will Sherbert, Haley Rouse, Cody Rouse, Colton Rouse, Cade Rouse; great-granddaughter, Ivy Sherbert; sister, Diane Thames of Morehead City; brothers, Billy Sauls of Garner and Randy Sauls and wife, Lois of Angier; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends immediately following the committal service in the church sanctuary and other times at the home.
