Dunn, NC: Ms. Geraldine McLamb, age 89, of 4070 NC HWY 242 S., died Monday at Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehab Center in Benson. Funeral Service will be 3:00 PM Wednesday at Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel . Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. C.H. Lee.
Ms. McLamb was born on October 7, 1927 in Johnston County to the late Alton and Nellie McLamb. She was preceded in death by fiancée, W.T. Webb. Ms. McLamb was a retired seamstress and member of Beulah Baptist Church.
Surviving include daughters and son-in-law, Donna and Zeno Wright of Raleigh; Billie and Kenneth McLamb of Newton Grove and Janet Webb of Dunn; grandchildren and spouses, Tina Wright and Kevin Juberg of Phoenix Arizona; Kelli and Michael Blackmon of Newton Grove and Lee and Rebecca Webb of Dunn; great-grandchildren, Mylee and Della Blackmon; brothers, Shelton McLamb of Benson and Dwight McLamb of Oak Island; sisters, Earlene Wood of Benson; and Doris Lee of Four Oaks; many nieces and nephews
The family will receive friends Wednesday 1:30PM – 2:45PM prior to the service at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson and other times at the home of Lee and Rebecca Webb, 4070 NC HWY 242 S., Dunn, NC 28334.
Flowers are welcomed, however, memorials may be sent to Liberty Home Care & Hospice, 105 Hunt Valley Dr., Dunn, NC 28334.
