Geraldine Price Narron, age 84, of Kenly, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2019. Born in Johnston County on January 14, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Leonard Pawdy and Nancy Eason Price. She was preceded in death by six siblings, Oscar Lee Price, Luther William Price, Leonard Festers Price, Onnie Lee Price Wall, Nancy Mae Price Leneave, and Irene Elizabeth Price Marlow. Geraldine worked as an Administrative Assistant for North Carolina State Government for 36 years and worked with Sears for over 20 years.
The family will receive friends at Parrish Funeral Home in Selma on Wednesday, July 24, at 10:30 am followed by a funeral service at 11 am. Due to the extreme heat there will not be a graveside service.
Surviving are a sister, Eliza Louise Price Formisono of Wilmington and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Branch Chapel FWB Church, 7438 HWY 96 North, Selma, NC 27576.
