Guy R. Sauls, 74, of Mechanicsville, VA., he was a retired Group Supervisor with Philip Morris. Ray was born February 24, 1943 in Dickenson County, VA to the late Guy and Haylene Yates Sauls. He was a member of the Liberty Christian Church and enjoyed fishing of all kinds in his off time.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 19, 2017 in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home. Burial, with military honors, will follow in the Holloman Family Cemetery near Selma. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. just prior to the service.
He is survived by his wife, Myrtle Mae Holloman Sauls; children, Jackie Bangert and husband Bill of Glen Allen, VA and Gary Sauls of Mechanicsville, VA; two grandchildren, Chastity Baldwin and Joshua Bangert; five great-grandchildren; brothers Paul Sauls and Joe Sauls; sister, Donna Brooks and a host of nieces and nephews.
