Raleigh, NC: Mrs. Hazel Hardison Moore, age 83, of Bond Street, died Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Tower Nursing Home in Raleigh. Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM Monday, March 4, 2019 at the Rose and Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson. Officiating will be Major Gary Sturdivant and Lt. Justin Sturdivant. Burial will follow in Harnett Devotional Gardens, Dunn.
Mrs. Moore was born May 23, 1935 in Johnston County to the late Paul and Clethia Pearl Daniels Hardison. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Sherrille Moore. Mrs. Moore retired from the Salvation Army and was a homemaker.
Survivors, include; daughters, Barbara Richardson of Zebulon, Shirley Moseley of Dunn, Teresa Stuffel and husband, Gearld of Middlesex, Elizabeth Sturdivant and husband, Gary of High Point, NC; nine grandchildren; eighteen great- grandchildren; sister, Mable McLamb of Hope Mills; several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday March 3, 2019 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson.
Flowers are welcomed; however, memorials may be made to Transitions Lifecare 250, Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.
