James Carlton Eason was born on November 18, 1955 in Smithfield, NC to the late James Hubert Eason and Magdaline Ophelia Crumpler.
He was preceded in death by parents James Hubert Eason and Magdalene Ophelia Crumpler; one sister Doris E. Hamilton; one niece Anna Lee Daughter; two half-sisters Dillie and Janice Jones; three half-brothers, Hubert Eason Jr., Charles Eason, and Donald Ray Eason; all of Selma North Carolina. Carlton was the last living sibling of James Hubert Eason.
Carlton will be forever remembered, his love for family and friends is forever cherished in our hearts. Carlton has never met a stranger, he welcomed everyone. Surviving is his niece Pamela Daughtry Lee, (Charles), two great-nieces; Tracy and Lyndsey Lee, two; great-great-nieces Carissa Ellis and Brittany Traverson and one; great-great-nephew; Micheal Traverson of Selma NC.
