James Richard “Ricky” Andrews, 71, of Smithfield passed away at his home on Friday, April 10, 2020. He was born in Harnett County on August 1, 1948 to the late Edward Andrews and Daphine Stephens Andrews. He was also preceded in death by wife, Barbara Jean Allen Andrews; and sisters, Marsha Williams and Ann Grice.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at 12:00 noon in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations with the Reverend Kyle Williams officiating.
While observing State Required Covid-19 Restrictions; there will be a time of sharing with the family from 10:30 am until 12:00 noon on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations.
He is survived by a son, James Robert Andrews of Micro; daughters, Lisa Andrews of Smithfield, and Barbara Andrews of Micro; brother, Bruce Andrews of Mt. Olive; sisters, Linda Hamondo of Erwin and Joyce Woodard of Wilson’s Mills; 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
