Wilson- Jane Ellen Batten Moore, 80, passed away peacefully early Sunday morning at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Jane was born October 25, 1937, in Johnston County to the late William Mack and Essie Ellen Batten.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday January 24, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Kenly Funeral Service followed by a service to celebrate her life at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel with the Rev. LaVon Phillips. Burial will follow the service in the Kenly Cemetery
Jane is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Jennings Moore, sons, Terry Jennings Moore and wife Paula of Middlesex and Timothy Ray Moore of Wilson; Daughter-In-Law, Linda T. Moore; grandchildren, Amanda Jackson, Kimberly Moore, Brandon Moore, Candice Ann Martinez, Charles W. Carver, Emely Moore, Christy Lewin and Ashley Fitch; as well as several great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Wayne Moore.
