Janice Creech Hughes, 57, of Mt. Olive passed away at Duke University Hospital in Durham on Tuesday, August 25, 2020. She was born September 9, 1962 in Wayne County to Betty King Creech and the late Jesse Earl Creech. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at 6:00 pm in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations with the Reverend Terry Heath officiating.
The family will receive friends from 4:30 pm until 6:00 pm on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations.
Mrs. Hughes is survived by her husband, Michael David Yancey; son, Michael Ryan Yancey; mother, Betty King Creech; brothers, Curtis Creech and David Creech.
