Micro – Janice Lane Pender, age 84, died Sunday, August 25, 2019 in Four Oaks Senior Living. Born July 18, 1935 in Johnston County she was a daughter of the late Allen and Ellie Thorne Lane. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Pender, Sr.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 28, 2019 in Micro Memorial Gardens with Ms. Judy Kelley officiating.
Surviving are her son, Charles Pender, Jr. of Wendell; daughter, Judy Aycock and husband Larry of Selma; longtime friend and companion, Wayne Medlin of Micro; grandchildren, Shannon Pender, Benji Aycock, Julie Ostrander, and Wendy Lamonico; and seven great grandchildren.
