Dunn, NC: Mr. Jesus Garcia, Sr., age 40, of 4525 Fairground Road, passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021. Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00A.M.-Monday, September 13, 2021. Pastor Wesley Hamilton will officiate.
Mr. Garcia was born on April 25, 1981 in Polk County, Florida to Mr. Manuel and Rebecca Garcia. Mr. Garcia was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Matias and Jessie Armendarez. Mr. Garcia was the self-professed “Taco Man” and was the owner operator of the Tacos El Corral restaurant and food trucks that have served the surrounding communities for 32 years.
Including his parents, he is survived by his children, Jesus Garcia Jr., Jessie Isidra Garcia, Isabella Grace Garcia, and Roman Jose Garcia; brothers, Manuel Garcia Jr. and wife Carla as well as Juan Benito Garcia and wife, Fatima; sister, Socorro Hernandez and husband, Benito; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 9:30-10:30 A.M. prior to the service on Monday at Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Benson, NC.
In accordance with NC-COVID19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing guidelines and the three W’s: wait, wash, and wear a face covering. Face coverings are not required, but are kindly recommended for all services.
