Joe Wesley Baker, 74, of Princeton passed away at his home on Thursday evening March 28, 2019. He was born on April 24, 1944 in Greene County to the late Floyd Parker Baker and Edna Davis Baker. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home and Cremations on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 6:00 pm with the Reverend Dwayne Batten officiating. The burial will take place in Pleasant Hill Church cemetery on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 10:00 am.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Casey Funeral Home and Cremations on Monday, April 1, 2019.
Mr. Baker is survived by his wife, Jeanette Lamm Baker; daughters, Joann Wall and husband, Jeff of Princeton, Tammy Braswell and husband, Chris of Goldsboro, and Katrina Deans and husband, Derek of Princeton; brother, Fred Baker and wife, Linda of Princeton; sister, Shirley Carter and husband, Billy of Grantham; 5 grandchildren, Joshua Wall, Annette Smith, Valerie Smith, Troy Deans, and Andy Deans.
