Princeton – John Peter Kissel, age 73, died Tuesday, September 24, 2019 in the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield. Born on October 1, 1945 in Hackensack, NJ he was a son of the late Johann Kissel and Anna Marie Bartolles Kissel. He was also married to Karen Kissel of Garner for 47 years.
John is survived by his children, Denise Kissel and husband Jason Forehand of Garner, Peter Kissel and wife Zophia Rendon of North Wilkesboro; and his grandson Cameron Gauzza.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
